Charitable Organization “100 Percent of Life. Kyiv Region” is looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation and Information (MEI) Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collect, verify, consolidate, and analyze program data;● Maintain electronic databases and registers;● Prepare regular reports for donors and management;● Ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy;● Collaborate with the program team on data collection and verification;● Prepare analytical materials, monitoring reports, and presentations;● Ensure the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and the Organization’s internal policies.
Our Expectations:
● Higher education degree;● Experience in monitoring and evaluation, analytics, database management, or reporting will be an advantage;● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis);● Experience with Microsoft Office;● Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility;● Ability to work with large volumes of information;● Strong self-organization and communication skills;● Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Engaging men who have sex with men (MSM) in prevention and testing services for HIV, hepatitis B and C, and syphilis, including through direct outreach via social media platforms, dating websites, mobile applications, public events, and other channels;● Identifying and counselling clients to engage them in the pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) program and accompanying clients to healthcare facilities to access PrEP;● Providing assisted testing for HIV, hepatitis B and C, and syphilis;● Supporting individuals who receive a positive rapid HIV test result through registration with a healthcare facility and initiation of antiretroviral therapy (ART);● Providing social and psychological support services, including needs assessment, informational and motivational counselling, motivating clients to undergo diagnostic procedures and register for medical care, supporting ART initiation, providing psychological support in coping with stress related to receiving an HIV-positive diagnosis, accepting and disclosing HIV status, and counselling on safer behavior and reproductive health;● Working with the close contacts of people living with HIV to identify partners who may have been exposed and encourage them to undergo HIV testing.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
● Previous experience in social work within a non-governmental organization (NGO) is preferred;● Higher education will be considered an advantage;● Knowledge of socially significant infectious diseases will be an advantage;● Understanding of the specific needs of clients living with chronic health conditions;● Confident user of Windows, the Internet, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);● Willingness to participate in other activities of the Organization.
