Step by step toward a healthier future

Natalia is a young woman who avoided treatment for a long time after learning she was living with HIV. Her journey began when worsening health led her to visit an infectious disease specialist, where she realized the seriousness of her condition. After being discharged from the hospital, she did not follow the prescribed antiretroviral therapy (ART). Natalia struggled to understand why treatment had to continue for life, and her injection drug use made it even more difficult to stay engaged in care.

Support for everyone in need

Larisa came to one of our service delivery points after relocating from another region. She was facing serious financial hardship—without family support, unemployed, and relying on a small pension that was not enough to cover her basic needs. Difficulties with housing and finances also had a significant impact on her emotional well-being.

Despite the devastating loss of her son and her own health challenges, she continues to support others by providing rehabilitation massage therapy. Committed to personal growth, Yuliia keeps learning, takes part in new projects, and inspires those around her with her resilience.
